«الأنباء أونلاين» يدين بشدة حذف قناته في منصة «يوتيوب» «نص البيان»

أدانت إدارة تحرير موقع الانباء أونلاين الإخباري اليوم قرار إدارة منصة يوتيوب حذف قناة الموقع في المنصة بشكل تعسفي مساء أمس الإثنين.
مرجعة بسبب قرار حذف قناة الموقع إلى تغطيته للأحداث المأساوية في قطاع غزة وتسليطه الضوء على جرائم الإحتلال الإسرائيلي بحق المدنيين في القطاع.

يدين موقع الأنباء أونلاين الإخباري بشدة قرار إدارة منصة يوتيوب حذف قناته في المنصة بسبب تغطيته للأحداث المأساوية والجرائم المرتكبة بحق المدنيين في قطاع غزة.
ويؤكد الموقع بأنه يهتم بتغطية الأحداث بشكل مهني ويسعى إلى تقديم خدمة إعلامية تحترم حق المستخدم في التعرف على كافة جوانب المشهد الإخباري دون تزييف أو تحريف .
ويعتبر قرار إدارة يوتيوب بأنه مخالف للمادة 18 و 19 من الاعلان العالمي لحقوق الانسان والمادة 19 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية والمادة 6 من مبادئ جوهانسبيرغ حول الأمن القومي وحرية التعبير والوصول إلى المعلومات والمادة 2 من إعلان المبادئ الأساسية لليونسكو الخاصة بإسهام وسائل الإعلام في دعم السلام والتفاهم الدولي.
وإذ يشير موقع الانباء أونلاين إلى أنه يستخدم منصات التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة كأداة لإثراء المحتوى الإخباري وزيادة التفاعل مع جمهوره،فإنه يحث إدارة يوتيوب على إعادة قناته فوراً والاعتذار عن هذا التصرف التعسفي وغير المبرر .
ويطالب كل وسائل الاعلام والمنظمات الحقوقية والصحافية المعنية بالدفاع عن حرية الرأي والتعبير بادانة قرار حذف قناته في منصة يوتيوب والتضامن معه وتأكيد حقه في الوصول إلى المعلومات ونشرها في كل مواقعه دون قيود.

The online news website Al-Anbaa Online strongly condemns the decision of the YouTube platform to delete its channel on its platform because of its coverage of the tragic events and crimes committed against civilians in the Gaza Strip
The website confirms that it is interested in covering events professionally and seeks to provide a media service that respects the user’s right to know all aspects of the news scene without distortion or falsification
The website considers the decision of the YouTube platform to be contrary to Article 18 and 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Article 6 of the Johannesburg Principles on National Security and Freedom of Expression and Access to Information, and Article 2 of UNESCO’s Declaration of Fundamental Principles on the Contribution of the Mass Media to Strengthening Peace and International Understanding
While Al-AnbaOnline website points out that it uses various social media platforms as a tool to enrich the news content and increase interaction with its audience, it urges the YouTube platform to restore its channel immediately and apologize for this arbitrary and unjustified act
It calls on all media outlets and human rights and journalistic organizations concerned with defending freedom of opinion and expression to condemn the decision to delete its channel and stand in solidarity with it and affirm its right to access and disseminate information on all its sites without restrictions
